Your house was an excellent choice by my son !!   Enjoyed relaxing on a beach and come back here to relax in the cool pool !!

Mavis was such a pleasant person to see each morning before we took off "exploring".    We shall return !!

This was our 6th trip to SXM and definitely wont be our last.   We will be back on the island next year and are hoping to stay here again.  We absolutely loved this Villa especially not having to do stairs.  Mavis, John and Payul were wonderful and always made sure we had everything we needed.  

Thank you for Allowing us to stay in your beautiful Villa.  This was the first time we actually took days just to relax by the pool and enjoy the views.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with our family.  We decided in February 2024 that we were going to 'escape' x-mas this year and booked this trip.  We cannot express adequately what an amazing getaway it has been.  The highlight we all agree is the peaceful view from this villa.   We loved walking to Bread & Butter bakery and soaking in the sun on your balcony.

Mavis of course is a true gift.  Her warmth and helpfulness added SO much to our trip and we will all have memories to last a lifetime.  Thank you again !

Just finished up our third year at Villa Arcadia and another fabulous visit to SXM.  It was the rainiest visit for us but we got plenty of beach time and a couple of boat trips in.   The rain has made the island VERY green.  It is beautiful.

Great Villa.   Well appointed and stocked.   The pool and outdoor veranda is so relaxing with spectacular views.

Mavis and her daughter were delightful engaging and helpful.  Big Fish & Infinity were good restaraunts.  But Mama's was the best & a great area staple.

You have made great progresws with the villa since Irma.  We have been visiting SXM for almost 30 years this is the ONLY place we have rented more than one time.   Its confortable, has gorgeous views.
