Villa Arcadia SXM

Dear Guests:

Thank you for choosing our island dream for your vacation and we hope you will enjoy the island and the Villa as much as we do.  

We are a Canadian couple from Toronto together since 1996 who fell in love with the island in 2013 and took the ownership plunge in April 2017.  We come down as often as we can, especially during our cold Canadian winters, to trade in our shovels and parkas for flip flops and bathing suits!  

We scouted  several southern locations and once the plane landed at SXM we completely fell in love with the duality of the island:  the different cultures and ‘feel’ of the French and Dutch sides keeps bringing us back (not to mention the great restaurants and beaches !).

We are very happy you chose our home and we hope you will enjoy your stay - and return often:  Sint Maarten / Saint Martin is a beautiful island with amazing hospitality and so many attractions.

Villa Arcadia is a family home and we trust you will appreciate it as much as we do and treat it with the utmost respect.
